Installation Process

What to expect during the installation process?

Step 1

After purchase of a Home Bundle at an authorized automobile dealership, a personal email, unique to the consumer’s individual purchase, is transmitted to our team with product and tracking information in order to ensure delivery to the address associated with the purchase.

Step 2

An approved licensed and bonded electrical company will contact the consumer to confirm their home address to schedule a preferred date and time for installation of their Home Bundle level 2 smart home charger.

Step 3

Consumers are advised to prepare their home for installation as instructed in the service agreement.

Step 4

Upon installation of a Home Bundle level 2 smart home charger, the electrician will provide the consumer with final and completed installation documents, and activate the EV smart home charger.

Step 5

Electricition will provide the consumer with the installation documents needed to qualify for appropriate incentives and rebates. Consumers will need to go to MyEVchargerhome.com to obtain information on specific incentives applicable to their location.
